Returns & Exchanges
Return or exchange requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
Returns are accepted only if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrectly supplied.
The item must be unused, in its original condition, with all packaging, tags, and labels intact.
A quality inspection will be conducted during reverse pickup or after the item reaches us.
Each item is eligible for one exchange only, subject to product availability.
Please record a clear unboxing video while opening your package. This is mandatory for claims related to missing, damaged, or incorrect items.
Non-returnable items: Customized products, sale bundles, and items purchased with heavy discounts are not eligible for return or exchange unless a manufacturing defect is found.
Reverse Pickup & Self-Ship Options
We provide free reverse pickup within India for eligible orders.
Reverse pickup is usually scheduled within 48 hours of approval.
If your PIN code is non-serviceable, you may be asked to self-ship the product to our address.

We recommend using India Post Speed Post or a trusted courier service.
Refunds
Prepaid Orders
After successful inspection, you may choose between:
Refund to original payment method (processed within 24–48 hours; credited within 5–7 business days depending on bank).
Instant store credit.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
Refunds for COD orders are issued as store credit only, redeemable on tfacraft.in or our partner platforms.
Cancellations
Before Dispatch
Orders may be cancelled anytime before dispatch for a full refund. Refunds are processed the same day.
After Dispatch
Orders cancelled after dispatch must follow the return process described above.

Wallet or store credit: Instant after inspection.
Original payment method: Processed within 48 hours, credited within 5–7 business days.
How to Initiate a Return / Refund / Cancellation
Contact us via Email or WhatsApp within 7 days of delivery.
Share your Order ID along with product photos or unboxing video.
We will confirm reverse pickup or self-ship instructions.
After inspection, replacement or refund is processed within 7–10 days.
