Absolutely! All our wooden toys are handcrafted from natural, premium wood, with no synthetic paints or chemicals. They are non-toxic, durable, and designed with child safety in mind.
Please record a brief, uncut unboxing video during package opening. If your product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with the video and order details at support@tfacraft.in.
Yes, within 7 days of delivery for eligible cases:
Eligible: Damaged/defective goods or wrong item sent.
Not eligible: Customized items, sale items, or any items used or opened.
Returns require items in original condition with full packaging and labels, and approval via quality inspection.
Prepaid Orders: Store credit is issued instantly upon inspection. Refunds to original payment method are initiated within 24–48 hours, and credited in 5–7 banking days.
COD Orders: Refunds are processed as store credit only, available immediately after quality inspection.
Before shipping: You may cancel anytime before dispatch for a 100% full refund with same-day processing.
After shipping: Canceling is not possible once in transit. You may refuse delivery upon arrival or follow the standard returns process after receiving it.
Reverse pickup within India is completely free for eligible returns. For non-serviceable locations, customers may need to self-ship items securely to our Orai warehouse at their cost via India Post Speed Post.

If you don’t receive your refund within 7 business days of approval, please contact us with your order details at support@tfacraft.in. We will investigate with the banking gateway and assist you until the refund is credited.
