• Placing an order on tfacraft.in does not guarantee automated acceptance. Orders are confirmed only after stock availability checks and payment verification.
• We reserve the right to cancel or decline orders due to unforeseen pricing errors, technical glitches, suspect fraud, or stock unavailability. In any such case, the full amount charged will be refunded.

4. Pricing & Payments

• All product prices shown on the store are denominated in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes.

6. Shipping & Delivery

• We dispatch confirmed orders within 1–3 business days of receipt.
• Delivery timelines are estimates provided by courier partners and may vary depending on destination geography, courier logistics, and unforeseen operational factors.
• Risk passes to the customer once the package is dispatched from our facility.
• If a package is refused upon delivery or is deemed undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, it may return to us; return shipping charges may be deducted from any eligible refund.

7. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

• All returns, replacements, and refunds are governed by our official Return, Exchange, and Refund Policy.
• Return requests are accepted strictly within 7 days of delivery for eligible items that are damaged, defective, or incorrectly supplied.
