Returns & Exchanges

7-Day Window Return & exchange requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

Eligibility Criteria Only for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrectly supplied. The item must be unused, in its original condition, with original packaging and tags intact.

Condition Inspection A quick inspection (during reverse-pickup or upon warehouse receipt) must confirm eligibility before exchange/refund.

Reverse Pickup & Self-Ship Options

🚚 Free Reverse Pickup across India

Reverse pickup is scheduled free of charge within 48 hours of return approval across all serviceable PIN codes in India.

📦 Non-Serviceable PIN Codes

If your area is non-serviceable for reverse pickup by our couriers, we will guide you to safely self-ship the package via India Post Speed Post or any trusted courier.

Refund Options

Prepaid Orders

Once the returned item passes quality inspection, you can choose between:

  • Original Payment Method: Refund initiated within 24–48 hours, credited to your account in 5–7 business days.
  • Store Credit / Wallet: Credited instantly upon inspection.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

Refunds for COD orders are issued as Store Credit, valid on tfacraft.in or through any of our partner platforms immediately after QC.

Before Dispatch

You may cancel your order any time before it is shipped for a 100% full refund with same-day cancellation processing.

After Dispatch

Orders cancelled after dispatch cannot be modified in transit. You may refuse delivery upon arrival or follow the standard return process once received.
